Visualization Like College Athletes
Visualization trains the brain for competition without adding physical stress.
Many college and pro athletes use visualization to prepare for games. They mentally rehearse skills, plays, and responses to pressure so their brain feels like it has already been there.
Visualization does not require special talent. It just requires focused time and clear images: what you see, feel, and do in key moments.
How to visualize:
- Find a quiet spot for 5 minutes
- Picture yourself executing skills with great form
- Imagine game situations and your responses
- End by seeing yourself calm and confident at the whistle
