Master the Warm-Up
A proper warm-up builds speed, power, and focus before any practice or game.
A great warm-up isn’t optional — it’s your first rep of the day. Warm muscles fire faster, joints move more freely, and your nervous system becomes competition-ready.
Static stretching before explosive work actually reduces power output. Dynamic prep restores range of motion and activates key muscle groups.
The warm-up sequence used by elite programs:
- Light jog or dynamic movement
- Mobility + activation
- Sport-specific drills at increasing speed
